Commercial repair money is available. All repair information must be identified in the Investor Loan Request to determine the amount you need. As you make improvements to a property, you may request the release of draw money
by submitting a Draw Request. Funds are released only when the repair has been completed. If costs to repair a home exceed the original budgeted repair amounts, approved inspectors will verify the property's cost-to-cure.
All budgeted amounts are inspector-approved and agreed to by the borrower prior to closing.
