Writing
a recommendation letter is the least I can do for the person who has given me
a new life. A few months ago, I moved
in with my mother in law after I was no longer able to pay my rent. At the time money was really tight and I wasn’t
able to support my wife and two kids. I
was looking for a way to make some money so I could get on my feet again.

Within two months after reading your program or should I say bible, I
assigned contracts on two properties that I located to an investor and made
$10,000 profit! I know I could of kept the properties for myself, fixed them, and
resold them for huge profits just like the way you showed me in the program,
but Steve I needed some money FAST. I
couldn’t wait another month or two!
As
for the future, I plan on assigning a few more contracts to other investors
until I get myself on my feet and after that I am going to keep these properties
for myself, fix them and resell them for the big profits. I can’t tell you enough how easy it is to make money in this business. I always thought that you needed a lot of money
to get started, but that is not true. You
have given me all the tools necessary to run this business without ever having
to read another real estate book. You’ve
included the ads, letters, legal forms, where to find the money to buy the properties,
where to find the properties, where to find other investors to assign your contracts
and much, much more. Not only have you given me the tools, but the
prestige that comes with the business. Now
when people ask me what I do for a living, I am very proud to say that I am
a real estate investor. When others
hear this, they are immediately impressed and think that I am worth big bucks.
I just love it. You’re program isn’t worth $497, but thousand
of dollars. For those people that do
not buy your course, I would like to tell them that it is the biggest mistake
they will ever make in their lives. They
do not know what they’re missing! I
went from having only the money in my pocket and bad credit to making $10,000
within two months. And do you know how
much time it took me to put these two deals together? No more than 7 hours.
All I did was place a phone call to one of the REO brokers that you supplied,
got a list of properties, evaluated the properties just the way you teach in
the course, placed an offer, and went under contract.
Once I was under contract, I located another real estate investor, showed
him the property, and finally I assigned the contract to him and a few weeks
later I got two checks for $5,000. I’ve
read other real estate books or programs, if you want to call them that, but
they don’t teach you everything from A to Z, like your program does. Steve’s program takes you by the hand and shows
you how to make money in the business. He
tells you where to find money and most importantly how to evaluate a property
and determine whether it’s a profitable deal. After reading Steve’s program, I have to admit
that I will never pay full market value even for the home that I will buy for
myself and my family one day. You’re
program is a blueprint for success. My family and I thank you for giving us a new life.
