I just recently order your course; I think it`s a brilliant technique to make money. One of the reasons I ordered is because you're a local Jersey guy like myself. I`m from Elizabeth, New Jersey and employed as a professional fire-fighter. I have a lot of spare time to contribute to the course, but I was always skeptical to see if it really works. I`ve attended a lot of seminars in the New York area of these so-called real-estate gurus who only touch on a few bases like pre foreclosures and bank foreclosures. I was always interested in making money in real estate by flipping a few properties and also keeping a few from an investor point of view. ...but just didn't have the knowledge and the contacts to do so, such as a CPA, real estate attorneys and professional contractors for repairs along with title companies to research the title.

I plan on studying your course and establishing a line of credit to get my financing in order. I think your course has real world techniques that I have never seen in the business. Thanks for your guidance and knowledge of your course that I plan to use in 2003.

I have read and seen many advertisements for your 'Fast Cash in Foreclosures' system and I must admit that I am very impressed. One of my former real estate contacts sent me your email. For the past year I have divested all of my time in having my own business. Real estate investing was the answer. After a year of every program you can think of, from the 'Cash Flow Generator' to the "bull___t" of the Carlton Sheets program, I find that I am further in debt and much farther away from my goal of self employment than I thought.
